An Open Book

When I was in secondary school, I was assigned to be a Mathematics mentor to my fellow peers. I peer-mentored my classmate after school for a few months before the year-end final exam. I took the assignment seriously and assumed the responsibility to ensure my mentee could follow the mathematics model and calculations. Unknowingly, I was very skilled in solving all the mathematics questions in a breeze and even came in top 5 in class. This might be a lazy teaching method that the teacher had adopted, but it was an effective method to get a pair of students to rely on each other and grow together.

In work place, I adopt the same principles. It is not common to find like-minded colleagues who are willing to share knowledge and experience with peers. Sharing is my way to reinforce learning, which will help me enrich my experience as well.

Think Win-Win.

In my Medium blog, I aim to simplify technology into an easy to understand manner and break down innovation processes so that anyone can practice at your own pace.

Feel free to reach out if you need someone to give comments about your presentation, concepts, prototypes, or customer journey map.
